Volz Engineering is a multi-million-pound investment by the Volz Group, working with multi-axis, high-volume, dedicated Doosan machinery. With support from automated-collaborative-robot (COBOT) loading, this machinery can mill cubes of up to 400mm and turn up to 150mm x 1m.

Our modern machinery can be used flexibly, and it can offer a wide range of production options. We can provide you with everything from small runs to large-volume serial parts.
HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS
Volz Engineering supports its production with measurement to model or drawing using our QCT CMM. This ensures your parts are process checked throughout the production cycle in accordance with our ISO 9001: accreditation. PPAP and FAIR can be provided on request.

Volz is an established system manufacturer of individual and standardised air-filter solutions. We particularly specialise in the fields of building technology, medicine, industry, energy and automotives. The Volz Group headquarters is in Germany and we have production facilities in Slovakia and the United Kingdom, among other locations. Today’s Volz Group functions under joint management, with independent competence centres operating around the core company.
